Tours

We believe that you should be able to have a tour almost anytime (however, please see tour hours below) that we are open, so that you can see our operations and what the dogs are doing. This is highly unusual for a dog boarding/lodging and daycare facility, and thus we do have some rules that we ask you to follow.

Tour Hours and Rules:

• Come by for a tour anytime between 10am and 4pm Monday – Friday,  and between 10am and 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. There is no need to schedule an appointment, however please keep in mind that during the 12-2 naptime we cannot show you the Standard Bunk Area.

• Due to the open style design of our facility the dogs will bark at newcomers, and it can be quite loud. We don’t mind showing you around, but in order to keep the dogs calm, we do ask you to please follow our rules! This means no talking to the dogs through the fence, no trying to touch the dogs through the fence, no children unattended or allowed to wander away from you, etc.

• Please do not bring your dogs with you for the tour, without prior permission from our Manager, Dawn Hunt.  We want your dog’s first experience to be during our complimentary 3 hour evaluation.
• After all those “Do Not….” rules, another one we would like to add: Please do not hesitate to drop by!!
